Our lab focuses on theoretical population, community, and
evolutionary ecology applied to conservation biology, particularly
in marine systems. We bridge basic and applied
science, where ecological topics include life history evolution,
local adaptation, and resilience theory, and applied topics include
marine reserve design and monitoring, ecosystem-based fisheries
management, ecological responses to climate change, and human-driven
rapid evolution. Members of our lab connect by using similar
quantitative tools and dynamical population models across a variety
of systems and questions. For more information, see: |
