Ted accepts students through the Graduate Group in Ecology, one of the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology programs at UC Davis that together were recently ranked #1 in the nation by US News and World Reports.

The Grosholz Lab is housed in the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at UC Davis.

Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) in Marine Science

The Grosholz Lab mentors one undergraduate student each summer in this highly competitive and greatly rewarding program based at Bodega Marine Laboratory. The application deadline is usually around the beginning of March.
Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship (IGERT)

A multi-year, NSF-funded integrative training and education program at UC Davis focusing on invasive species.

Ted is an active trainer in the Biological Invasions IGERT program at UC Davis.

RIDNIS is a program whose goal is Reducing the Introduction and Distribution of Aquatic Non-native Invasive Species through outreach and education. This program is one of Ted's outreach efforts as a Cooperative Extension Specialist.
